COM. LING.- De AXKIN, seguido de har-, variante en composición de harri 'piedra' 'peña', más -ondo. DESCR.- Este topónimo aparece en los dos últimos catastros (1982 y 1990) haciendo referencia a un lugar comprendido dentro del amplio término conocido por AXKIN. Pero, al parecer, no es correcto ya que, según el informante OR-D-1, ARRONDO no es un término propiamente de Doneztebe sino de los montes de Bidasoa, perteneciente a la comunidad de Cuatro Pueblos.
