Término situado encima del cementerio y contiguo a él. Sus alrededores recibieron los nombres de Eliza-aldea (1830 y 1855), Elizaldea (1817), Eliz-burua (1808) o Elizagaña (1752). No quedan restos. Al trabajar el término se recuperaron estelas que hoy están en casa de Peru. Formas documentadas: Iglesia vieja (2000ORAL), Lizazar (1888), Iglesia vieja (1866) o Elizazar (1848)
